Ierapetra proudly calls itself Europe's
southernmost town. With a population of over 12.000 it is the only

Accommodation: you will find many hotels in all price classes. Find accommodation in Ierapetra
Restaurants: excellent choice on the sea front but some can be a little expensive.
Shopping: a lot of shops
Nightlife: is limited to a few bars and a couple of discos.
Beach: The grey sandy beach starts more or less in the center of town and extends a couple of km towards the East. Not a great beach but OK.
